He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Etter and Martha Etter (Douthitt); his former wife Nora Etter (May); and his sister Millie Dawson (Etter). He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann VanAmber; his children, Janie Wormington (Randy), Margaret Chappell (Tim), Theresa Ross (Darren), James Etter (Julie) and Doug Etter (Eija); and his sisters, Margaret Meadows and Lenna Garrett. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and their spouses; nine great-grandchildren.
