He is survived by: his wife Janice May Phillips; his children, Eric Askey (Shawn) of Vandalia, MO and Misty Duff (Kenneth) of Keytesville, MO; his siblings, Bob Askey (Hazel) of Vandalia, MO, Dale Askey (Bonnie) of Monroe City, MO and Sandy Hassien of Vandalia, MO; and his grandchildren, Trey, Colbie Duff, Kirsten and Jonathon Askey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
