He is survived by: his wife Cassandra 'Cassie'; his children, Joshua Cody Maggard, Tyler Eugene Alan Maggard, Marcus George Alexander Maggard, Brandilyn Thomas Maggard and Skilea Jaidyn Prater; his grandchildren, Alyssa Jane, Kaden Lee and Gavin Wayde of Salem; his aunt Judy Stewart (John) of Eminence; and his mother-in-law Jan Prater of Salem. He is also survived by extended family and many, many friends.
