He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hoffman and Virginia Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hoffman; his children, Alison Hoffman and Robert Hoffman (Moana); his grandchildren, Dakota Vera (Alexa) and Hunter; and his brothers, David, Ron (Anita) and Robert (Freda).
