She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Hedge and Delmer Hedge, Sr.; her son Kevin Wolk; and her sisters, Connie Wright, Bonnie Hedge and Stacy Hedge.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Wolk, Sr. of Perryville, MO; her children, Adam Wolk, Ryan Wolk, William Wolk, Jr. of Perryville, MO, Stephanie Wolk (Aaron Mattingly) of Perryville, MO and Kristina Wolk; and her sisters, Cynthia Hedge and Debora Rogers. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 1 Great-Grandson.
