She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Eugene Melkowski and Beverly Ann Melkowski (Hughes). She is survived by: her brother Steve Hoerath (Trudie); her nieces, Amie (Mark) and Lindsey (Jake); and her nephew Ryan (Kristy).
