Sadie Marie Horn Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2023, at the age of 31, Sadie Marie Horn of Saint Joseph, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James Horn, Stanley and Gloria Randall. She is survived by: her parents, Gemi Horn and Travis Randall; her husband Josh Spurgeon; her stepfather Deacon Surritte of St. Joseph; her siblings, Alexis Cox, Courtney Morris-Randall, Jordyn Randall, Kyleigh Surritte, Ashten Surritte, Erin Bodkin, Royale Majewski, Bodi Horn, Deacon Surritte II and Ryder Randall; and her grandmothers, Sandy Horn and Lana Compton. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
