She was predeceased by: her parents, Etta Reed and Ernest Reed; her husband Melvin Norton Sr.; her children, Peggy Davis, Cherri Ann Norton, Melvin Norton Jr. and Billy Norton; and her siblings, Tootie, Mary and Charles Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Norton of DeKalb, MO and Cresser Norton (Brandy) of St Joseph; her grandchildren, Danny, Danielle, Shawn, Abigail, Timmy, James, Billi, Angel, Warren, Trisha, Layla, Raven, Rayne and Glennie; and her great grandchildren, Danny Jr., Delilah, Delaney, Braelynn, Sarah, Gunnar, Houston, Chrislen, Harper, Kane, Brielle, Bentley, Kianna, Jordi, Miguel, Rayne, Ryan, Jessica, Chrissy, Ashley, Zane, Rylyn, Kade, Liam, Isabel, Hadley, Harlen, Savannah, Mercedes and Dakota.
