He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther I. Hoffman and Velma M. Hoffman (Leslie); his brothers, Larry, Frederick, Ronnie and Raymond Hoffman; and his stepson Brian Boulting.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Hoffman; his children, Pam Hudson, Sherry McElfresh, Jennifer Hoffman (James Hurst) and Larry Hoffman (Tasha Shown); his stepchildren, Lisa Edmondson and Sean Barnett (Imojean); and his sisters, Frieda Ashford, Gerry Becerra and Sharon LaFave. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Abundant Faith Church of God or the American Legion.
