She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Parsons and Herman Parsons; her husband Marvin Reid Jr.; her sisters, Evelyn Mapel, Marjorie Leslie and Jean Ann James; and her brother-in-law Milt Berger.
She is survived by: her sons, Marvin Reid, III of St Joseph and Chris Reid (Kathy) of Peculiar, MO; her sister Betty McIntosh (Jim) of St. Joseph; and her sister-in-law Sharon Berger of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
