He is survived by: his mother Wanda; his sisters, Alana Renee Sisk (David), Jennifer Eileen Letchworth and Elizabeth Nicole Broadus (Rod); his friend Mike Shelton (Amy); his uncle Tom Letchworth (Carol); and his aunt Louise Gillip (Rick). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
