He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Heyde and Phyllis D. Heyde (Kremeyer); his grandparents, William, Maise Heyde, Jack and Esther Stiffler; his brothers, Craig Vinson and William Heyde (Bill); his father-in-law Leo Ginther; and his sister-in-law Anne Christian.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Ginther; his half-sister Audrey Lee Leppo; his mother-in-law Laveta Ginther; and his siblings-in-law, Betsy Conover (Dan), Martha Kovachevich (Mark), Ed Ginther (Nelda) and Francis Ginther (Robyn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Friends of the Animal Shelter of St. Joseph.
