He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Eugene and Donna Arlene Clark (Finch); and his brother Michael Clark. He is survived by: his siblings, Cathy Perez, Terri Rosenberg (Allan) and Scott Clark. He is also survived by two nieces; two nephews; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
