He is survived by: his son Richard Bailey Jr. (Emma) of North Dinwiddie, VA; his girlfriend Frieda Flinn of Heltonville, IN; his stepsons, Dominic Newport (Hailey) of Indianapolis, IN and David Newport (Hailey) of Michigan; his nephew Terry Berg (Brittany); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lilly of Saint James, MO, Tobias of Saint James, MO, Braxton of Saint James, MO and Katlin of Saint James, MO; his grandchildren, Jessica Rodriguez, Williams Ramos, Cynthia Ganes, Chispa Rodriguez, Phoenix Newport, Elijah Albertson, Ashtyn Newport and Traycyn Newport; his siblings, Danny Bailey (Joannie) of Cleveland, TN, Donald Bailey (John High) of St. Petersburg, FL, Dawn Crowe of Middletown, NY and Michele Brown of San Antonio, TX; and his pet Rebel. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews.
