She was predeceased by: her parents, James Palmer and Daisy Palmer (Camden); her husband Noel Chandler; and her brothers, Carl and Clifford Palmer.

She is survived by: her children, Regina (Peter Kucharczyk) and Marcus (Danette Chandler) of St. Charles, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Trevor and Skylar Chandler of St. Charles, Missouri.
