She was predeceased by: her parents, William Raphael and Viola Seely (Voss); her husband Stanley Louis Bax; her son Curtis Bax; and her siblings, Bill Seely, John Seely, Viola Fortner and Patricia Feiser.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Neese (Dennis) of Iberia, Donna Dickneite (Kenneth) of St. Anthony, Ron Bax (Cheryl) of St. Elizabeth, Susie Lavery (Dan Lavery) of Jefferson City, Clifford Bax of Branson and Melissa Bax of Camdenton; and her siblings, Gus Seely, Bertha Libbert and Geri Redden. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
