He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Voorhees and Geneva Voorhees; and his siblings, Kenneth Voorhees, Billy Voorhees, Cindy Welburn and Shirley Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Voorhees (Dunham) of St. Clair; his children, Willard Voorhees Jr. (Kathy) of St. Clair and Keeley Downey (Larry Of St); and his grandchildren, Dalton, Colten, Brett, Alissa, Brandon, Leland and Tanner. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
