He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Hart; his son James "Buddy" Hart; and his brother Orville. He is survived by: his children, Eric Hart, Eldon Hart, Kim Hart, Randy Easley, Cheryl Forsee (Marty), Linda Stephens (Joe), Paula Dell, Codi Stephens and Robert Hart; his daughter-in-law Karen Hart; and his siblings, Bill Hart, Roy, Margaret and Teresa Marie Hart.
