He is survived by: his children, Ashley Sparks of St. Clair, Tiffany Johnston (Randy) of St. Clair and Michael Fowler (Jamie) of Centralia, IL; his sisters, Delores Missey (Larry) of Union and Kathy Blackwell of Union; and his grandchildren, Collin, Brooklynn, Elijiah, Juniper, Joey, Caleb, Leah, Madison, Annie and Tyson. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
