He is survived by: his mother Louise Meta Folk of Washington, MO; his wife Diana Folk of St. Clair, MO; his stepmother Janet Folk of Springfield, MO; his daughters, Elizabeth Folk of St. Clair and Hannah Folk of St. Clair; and his mother-in-law Mary Gildehaus of Cedar Hill, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
