It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman E. Carter Jr. (Saint Ann, Missouri), who passed away on April 18, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Dan Griffin; and his grandson Camden Carter. He is survived by: his children, Justin (Amber), Jerad (Ashley), Danielle (Garrett) and Cory Michael; and his siblings, Darin, Donna and Shawn.
