Carolyne Ann Mertz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyne Ann Mertz (Saint Ann, Missouri), who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, August Gremaud and Estella Gremaud; her husband Kenneth G. Mertz; and her siblings, Russell, Gerald Gremaud, Laverta Wichern and Therese Maassen.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Mary, Christy Mary, Kathy Mary O'Brien, Nancy Mary Benz and Kennan Gerard Mertz; her sons-in-law, Stephen Benz and John O'Brien; her grandchildren, Therese Marie, Mary Kate O'Brien, Alexander, Christian and Jacqueline Anne Benz; and her siblings, Robert Gremaud, Betty Block, William Gremaud and Mary Lou Maassen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Society of St. Vincent DePaul or the Seedbearers at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
