She was predeceased by: her father Robert Cockrum; and her parents-in-law, Eugene, Sr. and Mattie Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Perkins, Jr.; her mother Rose Marie Leonard; her children, Robert and Kimberly Pilliard; her grandchildren, Hailey Ivie Perkins, Louis and Emily Pilliard; her siblings, Mona Hess, Janet Lollar, Diane Hunter, Thomas Gruenewald, Sharon Thorn and Neta Jaskot; and also Isiah Perkins. She is also survived by other family members and many friends.
