She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Dwight Chapman; and her sister Ruth Ellen Sturgeon. She is survived by: her son Geoff Heavin (Tonya) of Joplin, MO; and her grandchildren, Kelton Heavin, Brenna Heavin, Lyndie Johnson, Janan Jawhar, Aya Mostafa, Jordan Outlaw and Dylan Heavin. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
