He is survived by: his wife Linda Kinslow; his sons, Lee (Theresa) of Kansas City, MO, Benjamin and Ben of Springfield, MO; his grandchildren, Amanda (Joe), Zach, Austin (Syd) and Carlyn; and his great grandchild Anabelle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
