It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tom Lightner (Rogersville, Missouri), born in Chula, Missouri, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lightner and Mertie Cloudis Lightner; his wife Joan Collison Lightner; his daughter Margaret Lightner Price; his siblings, Margaret, Joe, Herb and Jim; and his siblings-in-law, Kay Barnhouse, Francis Lightner and Bill Collison.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Lightner Blount (Curtis) and Thomas; his grandchildren, Colby Price, Sofie Kondro (Thomas) and Chloe Plemmons (Ethan); his great grandchildren, Caedin Price and Heath Plemmons; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Lightner and Juanita O'Niell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, masking and social distancing is required by the family.
