He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Gott and Iva Gott; his wife Lynn Gott; his children, Darrell, Wade Gott, Gary Harrell, Sharon Patton, Michelle (Chris Wells) and Melissa Harrell; his grandchildren, Janell (Terry Scott Jr), Anastasia "Annie" (Ryan Guthrie), Jessica Dale, Craig Patton, Justin Kronholm (Logan), Taylor Wells (Kelsay), Christy Patton, Dakota, Dilynn Buttram and Destanie Harrell; and his siblings, David Gott and Marie Doty. He was also cherished by great-grandchildren.
