He was predeceased by: his parents, William Allen (Dub) and Vera Louise Allen; and his brother Richard Leon Allen. He is survived by: his wife Linda Wood; his children, Raymond Dee Allen of Del City, OK, Jason Kelvin Allen of Rogersville, MO and Lorie Ann Allen of Oklahoma City, OK.; his daughters-in-law, Billie Allen and Laurie Allen; his grandchildren, Amber Allen and Brandon Allen; his granddaughter-in-law Sofia Allen; his great grandchildren, Bradley and Arthur Allen; his siblings, Jerry Dewayne Allen, Marjorie Elaine Glenn and Cynthia Marie Allen; his mother-in-law Mary Ellen Wood; and his siblings-in-law, Chuck Rutledge and Connie Rutledge.
