She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryan Bates and Juanita Bates (Galraith); and her stepson John Curry, Jr.. She is survived by: her former husband William Speckhals; her husband John Curry of Reserve; her sons, John Speckhals of Hiawatha, KS and Larry Speckhals of Waverly, MO; and her stepdaughter Cindy Burkett of Key Largo, FL. She is also survived by two grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and other family members.
