With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Leslie Woods of Richmond, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on July 12, 2021 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David S. Woods and Dolly Woods (Hansen) of Virginia; and his brother Gayle David Woods. He is survived by: his wife Tami Dawn Minnick of Richmond; his children, Aaron Leathers (Candace) of Richmond and Andrea Woods of Lawrence, KS; his grandchildren, Austin Leathers (Skylar) of Lexington, Brenden Leathers and Alexi Leathers; his great grandchild Samuel Leathers; his sister Kristy Kirk (Dennis) of Richmond; and his sister-in-law Patricia Woods. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
