He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Mullikin and Vivian Mullikin (Ashby); and his brother Edward Lee. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jeffries; his daughters, Cindy Estes (Michael) of Richmond and Mindy Bates (Robert) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Corissa Hamilton (Justin), Brittnie Estes, Brogan Bridges (Daniel), Curtis Williams and Clayton Williams; his great grandchildren, Emerson Rennison, Ellison Rennison, Rhett Hamilton and Stetson Hamilton; and his brothers, Larry Mullikin of Richmond and Gary Mullikin of Henrietta.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to The Richmond Masonic Lodge.
