He is survived by: his parents, Wendy Underwood (Ron) of Independence and Chuck Owings of Huntsville; his wife Melissa Perkins of Richmond; his children, Natalie Perkins, Logan Perkins, Molly Perkins and Journee Perkins of Richmond; his siblings, Tyler Perkins (Vanessa) of San Jose, CA, Levi McCall (Julia) of Independence, Maisyn Essig of Independence, Kody Essig of Independence, Jessica Bennett (Kevin) of Richmond, Annie Danner (Justin) of Kansas City, Bailey Owings of Huntsville, Wyatt Owings of Huntsville, Nick Perkins (Teresa) of Hinesville, GA and Meagan Hunt of Paris; his grandparents, Norma, Rick Bailey of Independence, Loretta Perkins of Cairo, Brenda and Kurtis Wallace of Jacksonville; his parents-in-law, Jim and Tanya McBee; and his aunt Audie. He is also survived by His Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
