She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Andrew Bowen of Richmond; her children, Robert Dean "Bobby" Bowen (Rose) of Blue Springs, Patricia Kay "Patty" Bowen of Murphysboro, IL, Rebecca Ann "Becky" Bowen of Kansas City and Sarah Beth Bowen of Richmond; her stepgrandchildren, Dustin Maggard and Izac Maggard; her brother Gary Dean Payne of Kansas; her uncle David; her aunt Marie Simmons; and also, Angela DeVine, Shane Boutz, Barb O'Dell and Molly.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Shirkey Hospice.
