He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Frank and Mildred Campbell (Sullenger). He is survived by: his wife Marsha Sue Alexander of Knoxville; his children, David Andrew Campbell of St. Joseph and Nancy Campbell of Roeland Park, KS; and his aunt Nina Sullenger MacCabe of Leawood, KS..
