He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alexander and Hilda Garner (Rhodes); his brothers, Kenneth Garner, Tim Garner and Mike Garner; his stepbrother Scott Anderson; and his sister Mira Garner.
He is survived by: his aunt Frances Wright; his stepbrothers, Henry McKenzie and Kirk Hull; his brother-in-law Dan Bielefeldt; his stepsister Karla Hull; and also Teresa Dunwoodie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Autism Works, Inc. in Liberty.
