She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lee and Denelda Lilymae Frakes (Webb); her spouse Richard "Rick" Allen Norris of Platte City; her daughter Shauna Lyn Norris; her sister Demple Irene Shields; and her granddaughter Emily Roberta Norris.
She is survived by: her daughter Tilly Norris (John Woods) of Vinita, OK; her sister Donna Carter of Richmond; her grandchildren, Haley Lemke and Zoe Norris; and her significant other Rocky. She is also survived by several uncles, one aunt, and other extended family.
