She was predeceased by: her daughter Rhonda Lynn Curtis. She is survived by: her son Randy Curtis (Bethany); her granddaughters, Jane Curtis and Cate Curtis; and her parents, John Milton Sullivan and Florence Ida Mary Sullivan (Seeberger).
