He is survived by: his wife Vickie Banks of Rich Hill, Missouri; his children, Christina Knoernschild (Robert) of Columbus, Steven Cates of Sioux Falls, Brandon Turney of Butler, Buddy Cates of Archie, Melissa Matkosky (Samuel) of Hermitage and Austin Baumgardner of Wellsville Missouri; and his siblings, William Banks of Lexington, Dennis Banks (Oakie) of Washington and Rebekah Burchum of Windsor, Missouri. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
