He was predeceased by: his parents, John Earl and Jane Alice Davission Briscoe; and his brother Russell. He is survived by: his wife Vianne Briscoe of Rich Hill, Missouri; his daughters, Tiffany Ann Taylor (Amanda Rackley) of Butler, Missouri and Kristen Marie Taylor of Butler, Missouri; his siblings, Leo Briscoe (Rosemary) of Raymore, Missouri and Lois Fugitt (Rick) of Rich Hill, Missouri; and his grandson Lane Benedick.
