He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil E. Turner and Annabelle Page Turner; his wife Louise Turner (Cukjati); his son Charles W. Turner Jr.; and his siblings, Doris Whithorn, Barbara Howell, Robert Turner, James Turner and Carl Turner.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Debbie Turner; and his brothers, Jack Turner of Arma, Bill Turner (Linda) of Ft. Scott and Junior Turner (Joyce) of Arma, Kansas. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
