He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Odell Crabtree; his grandparents, Hamp, Della Crabtree, Leslie and Martha Johnson; and his brothers, Leslie Crabtree and Clifford Odell Crabtree II (Kathy Snider).
He is survived by: his mother Dolores Crabtree (Johnson) of Hoopeston, IL.; his children, Andrew Cohle Crabtree (Jenni) of Florence, CO, Kaci Swank (Daniel) of Kansas City, MO and Kyle Crabtree of Morgan City, LA; his siblings, Charisse Cromwell (Bob) of Peoria, AZ, Della Lawson (David) of Jacksons Gap, AL and Warren Crabtree (Stephanie) of Naples, FL; his sister-in-law Lori Michelle Crabtree of Hoopeston, IL; and his grandchildren, Bentley Allen Crabtree, Aubrey Lynn Crabtree and Eliana Jean Swank. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
