She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Keltner and Opal Keltner; her husband John Mathis (Doug); her son David Mathis; and her sister Bonnie McClelland.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Quint, Nancy Hilton and Mary Miller; her sister Marilee Ciardullo; her niece Sarah Sullivan; her grandchildren, Steve Quint, Jeffrey Quint, Angela Medsker, Andrew Hilton, Laura Blevins, Holly Coquillard, Benjamin Strauch, Joseph Strauch, Josh Miller, Tom Miller and Lindsey Miller; her great grandchildren, Breanna, Destinee, Cole, Chase, Emma, Zoey, Nate, Olivia, Gracelyn, Joshua, Rachel, Noah, Grayson, Rowyn, Colton, Henry, Carter Jo and Joey; her great-niece Claire; and her great-nephew Patrick.
