He is survived by: his daughters, Stacy Ladd, Tracy Orth and Melinda Roberts (Nick); his siblings, Larry Orth (Carolyn), David Orth (Pam Saylor) and Deborah Deal (Mike); his grandchildren, TJ, Jesse, Tana (CJ), Keith, Matthew, Kallie and Dean; and his great grandchildren, Bryce, Blake, Titan, Skyle and Hannah.
