She was predeceased by: her parents, William Johnson and Lela Johnson (Hudspeth) of Independence, Missouri.; her husband Travis Vern Hopkins; and her siblings, Mary Marjorie Hughes and Russell Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Jack David (Connie Konomos Hopkins) of Raymore, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Heather Hopkins of Lee's Summit and Travis Hopkins of Kansas City, Missouri. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Christmas Staff fund at Foxwood Springs as a thank you from Hazel.
