He is survived by: his children, Karen King Bishop (Ron) of Lee's Summit and Everett "Bill" King (Linda) of Columbia, Missouri; his sisters, Ruby Hale and Liz Miller; his sister-in-law Dorothy King; his grandchildren, Todd Bishop (Dina Canseco), Jeff Bishop (Francine), Amber Bramble (Matt), Alan Eckhardt (Tonya) and Erica Thompson (Travis); his great grandchildren, Trevor, Jake, Megan, Kaytlin Bishop, Taylor, Jadyn Bramble, Ashur, Nyx Eckhardt, Riley and Winston Thompson; his great great grandchild Nova Craig; and his close friend Tim Donovan.
