She was predeceased by: her parents, Norville Clifford and Mary Louise Middaugh (Hillebrand); and her siblings, Carolynn Kay Middaugh and Christopher Anthony Middaugh. She is survived by: her husband Claton Franklin Clevenger, Jr.; her children, Shara (Jonathan) and Alisa (Todd); her grandchildren, Crichelle (Emma), Joel (Jaymie), Kaydrin and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Jack and Jay; her siblings-in-law, Jody, Beverly Ann (Donny), Mary Lou (Barry) and Bill (Marie); her nieces and nephews, Clinton (Jessie), Brent (Danielle), Megan, Kevin (Brenda), Kim (Larry), Suzan (Jay), Charlene (Scott) and Diane; and also Eloise. She is also survived by her cousins, great nephews and nieces.
