She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Raymond and Ida Lee Owens Mack; and her siblings, Amy White, Carol Pippens, Lana Mack, Glenda Jackson and Floyd Mack.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard Treadwell; her stepdaughters, Lisa Reed of Buffalo and Crystal Treadwell (David Brown) of Butler, Missouri; her stepgrandchildren, John Swift III, Carlton Brock III, Quinton Brock and Nia Reed; her stepgreat-grandchild Edalyn Brock; her sister Brenda Garrett of Brentwood; and her niece Angela Corbitt. She is also survived by other nephews and nieces.
