He is survived by: his children, Tyler Scott and Kayla Michelle of Raymore, MO; his wife Cindi Aspey; his parents, Richard Aspey and Marilyn Aspey of Grandview, MO; and his sisters, Tammy Pierce (Jeremy) of Colorado Springs, CO and Richie. He is also survived by two brothers.
