He is survived by: his wife Chandra Shockley; his children, Tim Shockley (Sherry) of Searcy, AR and Tammy Lamb of Belton, MO; his stepson Robert Blizzard of Archie, MO; his sister Carol Flowers (Orla); his granddaughter Bianca Hill (Robert); his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Tucker and Grace; his grandchild Dallas Shockley (Jazmine); his great grandchildren, Kelton and Eboni; his grandson Sean Lamb; and his great grandchildren, Marlie, Aria and Elias. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
