He was predeceased by: his parents, Merville Arnold Hilliard and Merle Hilliard Oliver (Watson); his wife Donna Jean Hilliard; his sons, Jackie Wayne and Donald Rex; and his brother Edwin Arnold Hilliard.
He is survived by: his daughter Penny Probasco (Rick) of Lancaster, Missouri; his grandsons, Cory Alan Probasco (Andrea) of Denver and Donald Erik Probasco (Shannon) of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin; his great grandchildren, Hilliard Probasco of Denver, Ryen and Kylie Probasco of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin; and his sister-in-law Nita Cragg of Gallatin, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family members.
